The Bite Tonight was created in 2017 as a platform to share Jewell’s delicious dining experiences. The Bite Tonight features restaurant reviews and recipes with a focus on vegetarian/vegan dishes in Metro Detroit.

Jewell Dziendziel is a 30 something, Metro Detroit food blogger with a hard to pronounce Polish last name. Jewell studied Business & Marketing at Baker College. However, her true love and passion lies with creating food and culinary experiences with friends and family.
