Fried rice is easily my favorite comfort food, wit Fried rice is easily my favorite comfort food, with Thai cuisine being high on my list. The Pineapple Fried Rice from Coastal Thai in Wyandotte, MI is the best fried rice I’ve ever had. I get it with extra egg, fried tofu, and mild spice. The combo of heat and sweet is delicious. The fried tofu adds a nice crispy protein component and the cashew adds crunch. And the light, slightly crispy, browned up egg is my favorite ingredient. Www.Thebite2night.com
